6 snack recipes to eat well and healthy

Snack times between main meals are seen as the enemies of a healthy diet, because they are times when you are more likely to eat more caloric foods, full of fats, such as stuffed cookies, chocolates. How to dribble this and hit a healthy snack? Let's find out?

Is it possible to eat healthy at lunchtime?

As children, our parents had the culture of making lunch boxes to take to school, which made lunch time one of the most important, since it was recess time and we were going to play with our classmates. The big problem is when this lunch box is filled with super caloric foods and with a high sugar content, making it a habit to always eat this type of food at that time.

This cultural data causes the image of snack time to be disassociated with a healthy diet. To go further, on a diet, where there is caloric restriction, we feel more hungry than normal, and looking for satiety, we eat what is easiest in our sight: usually high-calorie and fatty foods.

These two factors highlight the need to try to have snacks to eat healthier. Here it is worth mentioning that skipping lunch can harm your diet, for example, if you have lunch at 12:00 pm and only have dinner at 6:30 pm, those 4:30 am will make you more hungry, thus leading to a heavier diet at night, harming your night of rest. sleep.
